Has Rosie O'Donnell gone to far, or not far enough

whilst i sometimes dissagree with Rosie (i always dissagree with Elizabeth) we must admit that the naME OF THE SHOW IS 'THE VIEW"AND THEREFORE ALL THE PANEL SHOULD BE ALLOWED THIER SAY NO MATTER WHAT

yea she does speak her mind, but there are a few things that she needs to be quiet about. she is getting alot of people angry, because there are just some things you can't talk about.

I like Rosie O'Donnell! I've followed her since she was a stand-up comedian, and I really enjoyed her. Now I can't see "The View" everyday simply because I live in Berlin, but when I go to the States, I try to catch the show and I like the way she is! I think it is time America gets use to another voice!

THere are times when I want to tell her to just give her mouth a rest, but I mostly like her. At least her views are made without her head being stuck in the sand like another member of that panel of women. The show is not much fun on the days she's off.

I personally do not care for Rosie O'Donnell, I think she is a very unhappy and bitter person in life and takes it out on the world in her views. She seems to conceal her contempt for certain individuals with her brand of wit and comedy. I do however support her right to be on The View and speak her mind, I just wish she were more diplomatic about it, rather than hurling insults at people as she has been known to do. I think she gives us larger ladies a bad name, we are either stereotyped to be fat and jolly or fat and bitter with loud mouths. She is certainly living up to the last one. I think she is unpolished and unprofessional. She may be a good mom and I will give her that, she seems like she is a very loving mom to her kids and her partner. But other than that, I think that is the nicest thing I can say about her. She doesn't give you pause for much else.

First, I have to say I rarely watch this show. So I have no idea what she has "gone too far" with.

Secondly... "house wifey views" WHAT IS THAT?? Have you noticed that none of the woman on the show ARE house wives? So, what do you think they are supposed to talk about?

And I'm not a house wife either. if i were, am I suddenly not allowed to talk about politics? Why can't housewives talk about difficult issues like religion, politics, abortion, sexual orientation, war, etc? we are all capable of educating ourselves on many topics... whose right is it to censor ourselves or anyone else, for that matter?

Sometimes I think Rosie has gone too far, but mostly I get a kick out of her.

I absolutely loved the craft session today, especially the "Donald Trump" egg. I thought it was totally creative. Not many people would have the nerve to stand up to the guy, but she does and I admire her for that...even though she is sometimes a little "loud" in her opinions.

I was brought up in an age when a "lady" did not get angry and as I have aged, I have struggled with this. It is, therefore, refreshing for me to see someone who can so freely express their opinions and be able to fight back. Sometimes, she is somewhat outrageous but it is certainly better than holding it all in.

I think it could be a good show if she would let other people actually share their views, even if they differ from hers. As it seems on this show only people that share her view are allowed to speak freely.

I think Rosie O'Donnell is a freaking nutcase, plain and simple. I completely support her being able to voice her opinions on The View, but I think she does it condescendingly and obnoxiously. It also annoys me how she blows things out of the water. For example, the Kelly Ripa and Clay Aiken thing. Rosie made it out to be this huge ordeal about Kelly's homophobia. HOW she made it out to be a gay thing, I have no idea!

I don't watch daytime TV. But I do like Rosie, even though I don't have a high tolerance for "bickering". Evidently bickering attracts viewers. This is evidenced by the talk shows, reality t.v. series, etc. If people didn't want to watch it, it wouldn't be so frequently on t.v.

I think what many people tend to forget about Rosie is that she is a stand-up comic. They thrive on satire, sometimes ridicule. The whole idea is to be noticed, even laughed at.

I don't know that I would chose Rosie as a friend, if the only thing about her is what is exhibited in public. But I respect her right to be who and what she is. My guess is there is a lot more to her than what we see on t.v. I imagine that is true of most performers.

I know that many people don't like Rosie simply because she is a lesbian and they don't look for anything positive about her because of that. Homophobia is rampant in the US. So silly. If other performers were in relationships as stable of hers there wouldn't be much to gossip about!
