Samsung Digital Camera

I've heard that Samsung digital camaras are not that great. Is that true? I currently got a SONY 7.2 Mpix camera which is realy great. Should I get a Samsung or a SONY next time?

I have used just one digicam so far and that is Sony's.I don't know if Samsung's digicam has any added features ,but I am quite happy using my present one.
