Any Shvoong Writer Here?

Shvoong is a website that pays its members for writing abstract articles, and for referring new members. I wanna sign up for this site as an affiliate. It is worldwide, and it says affiliates can post flyers in public areas. I'm more interested in posting flyers as an affiliate, in case if I signed up. And they pay in royalties? What country does have the currency of 'royalties?' I wanna know first how this site do before signing up. Any members of shvoong in here who can tell something about the site?
