Incredibles is first name comes to my mind when i think of animation.
Pixar is a world class animation film maker.

I think that you should xpand your interests to deeper storylines. :) My favoite animated movies are 'The Last Unicorn', 'The Prince of Egypt', 'Anastasia', and a very wide assortment of Japanese ones... 'Princess Mononoke', 'My Neighbor Totoro', 'Swan Lake', 'A Journey through Fairyland', and 'Final Fantasy: Advent Children'.
