We already have planted white potatoes. They are up and looking awesome. We planted the tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers last week. This week in goes the eggplant, black eyed peas, corn and squash. We also have planted two crepe myrtles, a mulbaerry, two persimmons and will likely get the figs in this week. Also put in blackberries. Thinking about strawberries. Then there are the two duckilings (Not plants I know, but it's spring) Don't know where we are gonna put them yet.

Spoken with a deep southern drawl, "why yes, we do live in the heart of the deep south. Our nights are around fifty at night but, we are already getting days upwards of 80 or so." And you silly person you plant the duck eggs not the ducks themselves.:)

you can plant lots of things in containers if you have a patio or deck...if i had limited space i'd choose tomatoes, peas these grow fast, lettuce, beans and cucumbers...good luck on your harvest

Things are starting to green up here in West Virginia and it is so nice to see green again. LOL We had resh rhubarb from our garden yesterday. It really needs to grow some more but we were just too anxious to enjoy it. LOL

Yes I plant flowers though. I haven't progressed into planting vegetables yet. I live in North Texas so we pretty much only have about 1 month of winter so I never really stop gardening. Now that I've gotten the weeds out of my back yard I'll be planting bach there next. I planted in 2 areas in the past 2 days. I'm still mapping out all that I want to do back there in my mind.
