What is the best way to sell a home fast?  | |  I would like to have some tips on how to get my home to sell when I'm ready to sell it. Is it better to hire an agent or do a for sale by owner. I was told that if I plant flowers it will attract buyers. What are some more tips?

If you have too much furniture put some in storage for a while to give the place that spacious look. Most people even check inside cupboards and ovens ect so make sure these are also clean. Flowers and fresh plants help too.
