Advertising companies can never guarantee anything.No real people no real clicks on an Advertising online AD. You just can't trust anyone now days with money. I just got rid of two PPC campaign's and I will never again Advertise that way. It isn't the way to go. Online Advertising rules change so you can never tell who is real and who is full of shyt. Until they unknowingly take your money out of Your bank account! That will have to get the big boys on them I bet they will consider putting a cancel link or push button something on their site to stop taking peoples money without approval.
