Heart off beat

Heart off beat - I was wondering I have been suffering with my heart jumping a beat to fast, or beasts slower, I had noticed this when I was around 19 I went to the Hospital so many times for them to tell me nothings wrong and that's anxiety. However I have noticed this happens when I am relaxed bathing the kids, just sitting watching a movie, walking etc. I did go see a heart specialist and they said they seen a little off beats but nothing to worry about. I am worried only because its still happening and I don't know why, Has anyone else ever had this? Also is there any advice what I can do or how to stop it? Thank you for Reading my post Stacy

I went to the doctor with the same complaint years ago, and after many tests, the specialist he sent me to said it was probably a muscle spasm in my chest wall over my heart and not to worry about it. its really funny because it scared the crap out of my ex way back when when we were busy in bed one night, he thought he'd given me a heart attack. Come on, he is good, but not heart attack good.lol
