Who out there misses Luther Vandross  

I do! he was one of my favourite artists and I miss his music and sound. Ruben Studdard sorta reminds me of him, but isn't as half as good as Luther was. I have most of his songs/compilations and I too was devasted when he died - I couldn't believe it when I heard he passed away!

Yes I miss him dearly he was one of my favorite singers, he is truly miss. anything he came out with was good. I have a Cd. that he made it is so nice I can't think of it right now but It is oldies but goodies. He would always come out with a Blast!

I know I do! When I heard his song 'Here and Now' I swore it to be sang on my wedding day... He's one of the greatest artists there ever was. :)

Honey, I misss Luther too. He was such a materful artist. I am just so glad that he left us so many wonderful tracks to experience again and again. Also, the Superstar track is so beautiful and yet bittersweet since both artists, Luther and Karen Carpenter, who made the song so popular are both gone.

I miss him too. I grew up on him - him and Teddy Pendergrass, Anita Baker, Abba, Elvis, James Ingram, Dionne Warwick. I still can't believe he's dead. Every time I hear one of his songs, I realise what the world has lost. He really sung from the heart and had such a beauty-full personality.

i was so sad when he died the same for barry white they both had a way to get to a womans heart bet they are singing together in heaven i loved luther and i miss him and his music terribly there will never be any 1 like him

Luther was one of the greatest R&B singers... Period!!! He and Gerald Lavert paved the path for all of the R&B artists that are singing today. I must say that Luther has made songs that all generations will enjoy.
