When it comes to digital cameras, I'm not very updated on many of them. My son bought me a kodak easy share and I like it, it's easy to use, but... the screen is so small I never know if I have a good picture and it hesitates between shots, I mean just because you push the button to shoot the picture, it hesitates and if the subject has moved, well the picture is not good. Can anyone recommend an easy to use camera that is not super exspensive, but easy to use, and doesn't hesitate between pushing the button and taking the picture?

I have been very satisfied with my Kodak Easyshare. It takes great pictures and on my computer I can do so many things to enhance and edit the photos. If I take a picture that I dont like I just delete it and take it again. Personally I think it is the best for the price you can get.

I have an easyshare but it is one of the more less exspensive models and it hesitates when I take a picture and if it is of my little grand daughter, she moves most of the time before the picture is taken, I want on that is more of instant picture taking like the old 35 mm cameras did. I haven't figured out how to use the editing part yet, but if I will sit still long enough I probably will :)
I do have the printing dock and I love it.

My husband has a great Fuji S1 that is a professional brand camera. You can get one on Ebay for $300-$400. I know that's a lot of money, but it's great. I have a Fuji S3100 and it is the same as yours...I hate the hesitation it has between pics. My son plays ball and I like to take many pics of the action and I can't with my camera. Drives me nuts. I want to get another camera like my husbands. I am trying to save some money.

Thank you for telling me about the Fugi cameras. I am looking for one that doesn't hesitate. It makes me upset when I try to snap pics of my little grand daughter or my daughter's little poodle and they move before the picture snaps.

Some years ago when I was with Earthlink, they gave me a free digital camera. It was not a very good one. It was a light as a feather. The pictures were not clear. It was truly poor quality. I do not even remember the name of it.
