Yes, you can fall in love with someone who has physical defects. When you love someone, you don't see their physical defects staring at you. But instead you see their heart in their eyes when they look into yours.

Of course you can fall in love with someone with a physical defect, because true love comes from the heart not looks and people that judge on looks is only looking for lust not love.Just cause they have a physical defeat does not mean that they are not loving and caring.
