lmao not really. for PE (im in high school) i had to take a body fat test, to calculate the body fat % we used a machine. the machine was basicly a little handheld device that sends a small shock through your system and determines the amount of body fat you have. You have to input age, height, and weight. When it is done. it will show you your BMI number and body fat composition %. pretty cool device. though when i was done, i got Error for body fat _
