Govt. job vs Private job ?

i think private job is better then govt job as here more hardwork but better package and offcourse less corruption...

I also think the same. i am myself in a private job. at least the work culture is much better that the government job. people finish work in time. the pay scale is also good.

yeah subha i agree with you but u know sometimes when we got so tired in the evening and if we have any deadline ahead then sometimes atleat i use to say how good if i would have a govt. job :) many thanks dear :)

I would like to work for government but in my real life I have been working for a big international company, hotel and private university.

It depends on the salary.If you get more in private you can go for that and earn the equivalent from the pensions the govt gives.

yeah ur right but it always happens now that in private job u get the more salary as compare to the govt job but the in govt job u will get all the basic facilities which u never get in a pvt job and also as u said the pension in the govt job. many thanks for ur response :)
