Always angry can make blood pressure

Yes, I agree if you get angry alot your blood pressure will go high. I was angry alot when I was younger, and I had high blood pressure from it. I am not angry very much these days, and my blood pressure is normal.

Yeah, specially this holy seasons. When you get angry, your heart beat increases. That is because your body is getting ready to take action. When animals get "angry" they usually start attacking each other. Basically it is the same with humans. When your heart beat increases the blood starts flowing more rapidly, so larger amounts of blood start gowing through a same-size system.

yes,that's true.anger is harmful to blood pressure.be optimistic in life even can avoid cancer,i dont know if it is true,but if we can control our temper and be good to others,why not,and i also think that a single forgive will make both of us will feel better,except big mistake,i mean,betray or something else like this.:)but that shouldnt happen between friends,harmful mistakes is okay.

Yes of course, when somebody gets angry his sympathatic nerves system will make what they call it vasoconstriction (constriction in blood vesseles) and so the cardic output will increase too,and this is dangreous by the way, because its affect all the organs in the body,like heart,brain and kiednies and if these affected this will make life hard to live.So just smile and don't loose your mind, and your health will be ok as long as you live.

your right being angry can make your blood pressure high. also eating certain food's will also make your blood pressure go high,and also some drink's will make it go high.

in health journal says that when we get angry, we have more adrealine hormones to speed up our power for enegize to ged mad, right? so it will make our heart to do much pumps to support that energy to have more power to our muscles. then our blood vessels get more blood to circulate the energy. And those vessles blood get more blood pressure. And Yes. I strongly agree, agry will speed up to get more blood pressure. so, be cool for all those matter, coz nothing can't be solve
