"Innocent until proven Guilty" or is it really the other way around?

Innocent until proven guilty means that there must be witnesses and evidence that the accused has indeed commited the crime. So, a person can not be said to be guilty without any witness or evidence to prove it. And, to prove it, it must be done in the court of law.

The problem is when a person is being set up. Evidence can be fabricated and witnesses can be coerced to testifying. That is now the job of the defense attorney to dispute the evidences and to cross-examine witnesses for the truthfulness of their statements. The job of defense is more difficult than that of prosecution.
