In the Gulf of California, around Guaymas and San Carlos.

I have been to Galveston before and never considered diving there. I worked for Carnival Cruise lines for a while so I was able to dive in most of the Carribean countries. My favourite places to dive there were Mexico, Belize and the Virgin Islands.

I have also been diving in Fiji and Bali. Here in Australia there is some great diving. Most of the time I go diving on an island off the coast of where I live. I have attached a photo I took of a Western Blue Devil last time I went diving there.

I loved Belize, so far it has been my favorite trip. Absolutly fantastic diving, the reef and the wildlife were amazing. Little to no current on most of the dives but we did mostly drift dives. There was this one site, the Aquarium, only 20 to 30' deep but the fish were incredible and there were millions of them (ok maybe not millions but it really seemed like it). Cozumel was great too, I got some fantastic photos of sea turtles and nurse sharks there. My local dive places are in Skaneateles Lake in NY, and the St. Lawrence River. Lots of wrecks in the river.
I go to Dutch Springs PA every year as well. Dutch Springs is a flooded rock quarry set up for a scuba play land. Check out the website at www.dutchsprings.com I personnally like to dive the helicopter there or the school bus. The shop that I dive with has a trip there every year and we go for the weekend and the shop cooks for us and we camp and dive. Its a blast.
