who likes brownies..

i know we love them at our house...here is a really easy recipe i found..i thought i'd share
fudgy brownies
2 sticks melted margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup flour
mix the sugar and margarine whisk well
add the eggs and whisk again add everything else and whisk
until well mixed pour into well gresed 9x13 pan
bake at 350 for 25 minutes...
these are wonderfully chewy brownies..i frost while still warm

That is a nice recipe. Thanks for sharing it. Have you ever frozen them? They are so good that way too, especially if they are chewy ones. I rated you another ++ for your posting.

ive never tried feezing them...thanks for the tip..i did add pecans to them this time though

I love brownies :) :) I don't make them from scratch though. I buy the mix in the box. I usually buy the low fat Duncan Hines brand. That way I feel less guilty about all the calories LOL. My favorite way to eat a brownie is to place a piece in a bowl and then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!! Oh and I love the corner pieces, they have a little crunch to them.
