Was the Earth created by a Big Bang or was it created by God?

I look at the stars and the moon, designed ingeniously to illuminate the earth during the night. The sun to light earth during the day, the seasons to order our activities, procreation, to be the most compelling and perhaps most exciting activity the male and female bodies offer each other, that Africa, a rather backward race, should rather be hot and avoid the -40Celcius winters which the more developed nations can cope with-the Tedy bears and Foxes in the Tundras developing protective furs naturally during winters while the mudfish in the tropics hybernate in the mud untl the rains return, yes i look at all these designs in life and keep wondering, did the world just come about by one Big Bang or there was an intelligent mind in the creation of the earth?
