This is a team that is not as bad as their record shows. The Raptors are chasing second place (I personally don't think they will make it because they have 2 teams to catch and 1.5 games back). The Raptors NEED to hang on to third if they can though. Ideally, they will face the Wizards in Round 1. I think if that happens, they can go all the way to the NBA finals with that confidence boost before losing to Phoenix or Dallas.
