is communism a good idea only we people are too selfish and bad for it? or are we humans ok, and the idea of communism is not a smart one? why capitalism works and communism not? is this a sign that people are bad? If you have children like i have you would like to tell them that there would be a woirld where everybidy has the same,l the same chances, the same opportunities. no poor and no rich ones. Everybody equal. You would prefer to tell them such a story, and not that the world is split in very rich people, and very poor ones. So why communism never works if its a deep wish in many of our hearts and in the end capitalism is always the winner?

I think it is human nature. You made a good point that humans are too selfish to allow communism to succeed, and the few times it was tried, the leader himself was selfish and power-hungry. I'm not so keen on capitalism either, since it drives people to gain more in whatever means possible, even if it means taking advantage of others.
