In my mind, the America and englishmen always say "gotta" in kind of station. sometime i understood,sometime but didn`t. can you tell me the "gotta" as speak-english useful and mean . please.

I hate to admit it but we Americans butcher the english language and I for one hate it. I believe it sounds rude, ignorant and very uneducated.
