Not at all. I never talk loudly in public places. Talking loudly is nothing but trying to attact peopl's attention. It disurbs others very badly.

I feel it very bad to speak loudly in public places..
I also believe in dividing the people into some particular cadre by the way of their public behavior.. Some people deliberately to attract the attention of others they start speaking loudly and particularly I hate such people..

No, even if it's a public place we have no right to be loud and disturb other people. People who do that lack respect and are attention seekers.

I particularly hate noisy environment & sometimes someone might just walk in to hv a quiet lunch just to be annoyed by another person. It is also necessary to talk quietly for hygiene sake so that food wont spill to someone's table from ur mouth, lol.

I will not do things at all, I think that is a bad thing , A man with good cultrue will not do things like that , not only when he or she having meal in public room, but also all other public place , like shoping centre, supermarket ,ect.never show too much your bad habit in public place .but maybe you didn't notice this what you have done, seek advcie from your good friend, you will be a welcome person.

I really don't like people who talk loudly in public places especially inside food chains and restaurants because I am not like this. I don't like talking loudly when I'm somewhere in public because I find it really annoying if people would be doing it around me or in front of me. I think most people who do this are trying to catch our attention or someone else's attention which is never really right.

I think we should not talk loudly in public areas. We should be considerate to the other people around us. A person can shout or talk loudly when he's in his own private place.

no, i don't do that, but if it's bar and the sound is too loud, that's time you can shout because you can't hear what your seat mate is telling you. but in a public dinner, definitely not, you have to know how to minimize your voice and the volume.

I never do that, i do not like the people that talk about something loudly in public place. It is discourteous action and we should consider others feeling.
