When was the last time many of us really felt alive?

Not only do a lot of our activities dull our senses, they can actually cause us to forget what aliveness is. Aliveness is like a buzzing current of electricity that keep us running on full power. It is such a powerful sensation, in fact that sometimes we are threatened by it.If we are too immersed in routine, if we are unhappy or depressed in our career or relationship, if we are under a great deal of tension, we tend to full the plug and disconnect from our aliveness, engaging in activities that will help us to escape from the restless, cornered energy within.

Well said, we just get stuck in the daily routine and an the creeping sense of aliveness get sunk as well. The monotonous look at the daily aspects of the life, develops the boredom in our approach. Even in my work atmosphere i have some times to do the same job repeated times, but i add some different approaches every time i do it. May be some time i speed up, someother time i make alterations in the process, of the job.. meaning by vary the steps involved..and this approach never allows me to sink in gloom, and i always stay alive and brisk.

Life mostly is a big ball of stress . I have my good and bad days . I try to find happiness in small things.

The enormous pressure of life has really been the burden i have been carrying upon my back since birth... this burden weighs more when we encounter failure... its natural to feel that we aren't alive..but often i feel life is life since it has challenges...there wudnt be any joy of succes if we never tasted the sorrow of failure... so we are born to struggle n find haappiness in it..
