I like to have my hot freshly brew coffee with a bit of sugar, usually one sugar to keep my weight down and add skimmed milk into it. I would prefer full cream milk, but due to my weight, I have to cut down on the full cream milk and opt for skimmed milk.

Normally i will just drink plain water. It give me fresher feeling. If not plain water, then i will drink only tea or milo. No coffee in the morning. Normally i will only take coffee at night or during tea time (but i already reduce the intake of coffee...).
Juice... it is good but i do not like the taste..

i always prefer a mug of hot coffee with little sugar and non-dairy creamer at breakfast. but now that i'm having some gastro reflux and i had to avoid coffee until i get well, i have discovered the goodness of having hot green tea to start my day. it feels lighter and healthier too.

first choice for cold fresh with toasted bread and egg or bagel with melted cheese and ham then a piece of banana or mango for breakfast. sometimes fresh fruit juice with cinnamon swirl raisin bagel with strawberry or cranberry jam or sometimes breakfast with rice , egg and sausage with juice and fruits. hot cocoa sometimes with toasted pancake or waffle with honey or cream cheese.

My favorit morning beverage is definitely a glass of cold orange juice, and it is even better if it is freshly pressed of Florida or Spanish oranges. It is just so sweet, so fresh and so healthy. This is my favorite way to start my morning routines.

Usually I prefer Orange Juice when I eat a good breakfast. Water is good too. I occasionally have coffee but need something else to drink after, as that does nothing for my thirst.

I do agree with you. Water is best of all. If we can just train ourselves to atleaast drink the minimum requirement og 8 glasses daily, that would be good for our health.

I like tea in the morning and sometimes fresh juices if it is available. I dislike coffee, actually I have never developed a taste for coffee probably because my parents are not coffee drinkers. When I was still a child, we usually drink milk mixed with locally available chocolate -- it was great then. Though tea at first is not always in accordance with my tastebuds, I now like it. And no sugar please...or only brown sugar if really needed...

good for you. Tea is much better than coffee and no sugar. I don't use sugar in any of my drinks too. I am use to it already.
