can you guys help me come up with a list of cartoons from the 60's (or before) through the early 90's that are good? i am thinking of buying an episode sample of each of the ones i liked. can you think of a good place online to buy old cartoons like that? i like half.com and amazon.com. i am not a big fan of ebay.com or ebay express.

Ok, some good cartoons....Well here are some of my favorites. You may want to read up about them to see if they are your style.
Batman the Animated Series (I think this is my all time favorite)
Animaniacs
Freakazoid
Muppet Babies
Kidd Video
He-Man
She-Ra
X-men (animated)
Well that's about all I can think of for now. I'm looking forward to seeing what others contribute. Perhaps they will remember something really great that I didn't.

I guess the best thing to do is start with your list, and then check around for availability once you know what you want.
What kind of cartoons do you enjoy? Action, comedy, maybe fantasy?
Regardless, here are some suggestions:
Animaniacs
Freakazoid
Pinky and the Brain
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the earlier series)
I would suggest looking on deepdiscountdvd.com for some titles as well. Their shipping takes a long time, but they have some pretty impressive deals.
