What was the last good Jackie Chan movie?

I've been a very big fan of Jackie Chan for many years. Some of his films are undeniably the best martial arts movies in existence. For many years, Jackie struggled to make it in Hollywood but now he has managed that. Unfortunatley I think his recent films fall far short of his older films. Do you agree that his films have lost some of the magic or do you think his new films are still as good? For reference: His older films include such greats as Project A, Police Story, Armour of God, Drunken Master etc. His newer films include Rush Hour, Shanghai Noon and The Tuxedo. Personally, I'd put Who Am I? as the last good (but not great) film he made. After that the blue screen has been appearing in the films too often and special effects seem to have become more important than his trademark stunts.
