Smatterer & arrogant person, how to deal?

There's a young woman at work that is very smatterer and arrogant, meaning, she just gives "credit" and talk equally to the ones that have a degree or have a good position and that just gets me mad, she treats all the rest of the personal as it they are not worthy to speak with, she talks as if she is better then them. How do you deal with this kind of bad educated person?

Hey, Milagre. Take it easy with Miss Arrogant. Some people are just like that. Try and study her well. She might need some measure of security. She might be having a similar opinion about you, too. Try and move closer to her, and you may discover that she is not as bad as you thought. However, if she rebuffs your friendship, that will confirm your opinion about her. In that case, put her where she wants to be. She will one day eat a humble pie when she discovers that everybody is important, even the lowest paid in your place of work.

the fact is that i already study her and unfortunantly, just supported even more my opinion. At the beginning i thought she was a nice person, but after 1 year of seeing how she acts with the others.... just makes me think how people can be like that!I think just like you "everybody is important, even the lowest paid in your place of work" and treat them all equally, she even argues when someone tries to speak to her as a "normal mortal".
