What makes a person creative?

What makes a person creative? How would you describe a creative personality? Which qualities or characteristics would a creative person have? I guess they are very aesthetic, different, think out of the box, wild, crazy, social in a group, great when they are alone, they are complicated weirdos like the guy at http://raheel07.deviantart.com which is me =p This was my opinion. I would like to have yours too :)
