i am southern and i have noticed that white southerners are the new minority that is polliticaly correct to decriminate against and make racial stereotypes slurrs against.example-every person from the south is considered racist by default,we are the butt of alot of jokes implying that we are inbred,poorly educated we are almost portrayed as animals by the media.when ever i am around non southerners i feel like i have to hide who and what my heritage is so as to not be prejudged.to me descrimination is still strong in this country it has just moved on to different group of people,even black southerners who are proud of being southern are labeled uncle toms.i think this country needs a group of people to put down so that the majority can feel superior.i feel also discrimination will never end it will just move on to the next group its fashionble to ridicule and descriminate against.does any think this cycle of prejudice will ever end in this country or are the seperatist right??
