How do I know an online paying site is Spam or Not?

You can know this by asking clarifications to friends in any site. First you post a topic on your any doubt, many will reply, read them honestly and decide at your own. If any site is spam, will be no longer in existance, believe me. It is better to be in one site for few days and watch the activities closely, you yourself will know.
