Who is the most obnoxious person you have ever met?

I shall crarify, someone you actually know. Either live or work with, or neighbor. Last night, I thought of writing a book about this person I work with, he is so obnoxious that he is truely one of a kind (In a very bad way) I could write volumes. I get complaints from him all the time. I haven't figured out if he's a master at lookin stupid to get out of having to do things, or if he really is just stupid. It would be nice if he didn't work there anymore. I want to hear your experiences with totally obnoxious friends, family and co-workers.
