| Creating Playlists on my new MP3 Player - SanDisk Sansa | | | | I recently purchased this mighty mp3 player. 1gb of memory. Holds enough music for a day's worth of listening. I can swap it out anytime I want. Easy import using Windows Media Player. It's perfect - conceptually. Two things: ONE - I can't figure out how to import PLAYLISTS. Even if I import music in already-created playlists, the Sansa doesn't seem to recognize the lists. The music is all there - alphabetically by artist. But I want my playlists. One for the gym. One for meditation. One for writing. You know what I mean! TWO - The backlight isn't working properly anymore. After two weeks, it stopped lighting consistently (when pressing buttons). Any suggestions? Anyone else have issues with their players like this? The manual isn't very helpful. I'm hoping some of you have better insight. Thanks much! | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |

| | I know exactly how you feel, I have an Ipod and I had problems getting the playlists sorted out, I guess all mp3 players are the same! If the backlight has stopped then it sounds to me like it must be broken, can you take it back to the shop? Taking things back if you've bought on the Internet is a real pain though! Good luck and I hope you get it working ok, I couldn't live without my Ipod now! | | | | | | | | | | International Trade Data Current, accurate and comprehensive data on international trade. www.PIERS.com | add comment | | | |
