I am currently taking these supplements:

-CLA (Omega 6 essential fatty acids, helps retain lean muscle)
-Flaxseed Oil (Omega 3 essential fatty acids, good for a ton of things including your heart, BP, and skin)
-Sesamin (great for your kidneys and liver, weightloss)
-Calcium (for obvious reasons)
-A multivitamin
-Iron (not included in my multivitamin)

i only take one a day multivitamins.but i was wondering about the omega but wasnt sure what it was really for.im glad you posted the info on it.i really need to start taken the omega3 mabe it will help my bp an others things you had mention.thanks
