Is there any solution to greying?

My nephew is only 20 years old but has started having a lot of grey hair on his head. He feels very bad about the grey Hair and right now, he uses dark kanta to dye is hair.In our culture, greying is synonymous with aging and for a young man of his age to grey makes people think he is a very old man-even young girls fear to associate with greyng men. Is there any remedy for greying? what should my nephew do?
