Can you sit still in a room all the time ?

Man as such is not capable of sitting alone and reflect about himself.He would never like to sit alone and look within. He is happy in the company of others. He is never happy with himself when alone.

I sometimes prefer to be alone. Especially at night because that's when everything is quiet and I can think clearly and go through what happened during the day.
