I just want to ask all you mylotters that is it the number of your life? Let me make the things a bit clear. I have seen some people, although very few in numbers, always feel that it is the number they want to achieve in every step of life. Actually it is the number I also wanted to be from my childhood. Right from my childhood I wanted that I should be the topper in my school. I always did so. In college also I did so. I passed my engineering being a topper and thus got the Gold medal for it. In my first job, with one of the leading MNC’s of India, during training I stood first. I joined another company and recently got their ‘Bravo’ award for excellent performance. So 1 has always been the number of my life. I want to reach that position at whatever height that may be. What about you all?

Well, I suppose alot of people always feel like they have to be number one. I am not much of a competitive person, but I don't mind trying my best to be on top.

I too like the number "1" because it is the easiest to write. I never like to be "1" because it is very stressful to maintain after you have achieved it. Besides, after having achieved it, there is nothing else to look forward to. I prefer the number '2', at least there is still something to look forward to, and the phrase "second to none" is rather pleasing to my ears.
