Can HyBux still go up again? Is this the final for HyBux? My banner links are no longer working. I can't get into the site anymore. Are they going out to be just a scam too?

hi all, I have $8 in utilbux to be cashed out, but payment process page returns error every time i go for it. I think utilbux will be a complete scam now. Same as hybux did. what do you say about this ?
