So, The Mister is in charge of suppers.
This evening we are having Frank n furters …….cooked in the air fryer.
I have mine on a plate , cut into pieces, with a side dollop of mayo.
The Mister has them on a sandwich …with loads...

I have just watched a lady on Facebook make a potato salad....in a way I have never seen before .....
In a bowl she had boiled potatoes and big lumps of carrot. She added loads of mayo, then using a hand whisk, she turned it all...

So for tea this evening I have decided to make a chicken and potato salad.
I have a lovely piece of chicken that I’m going to cook in the air fryer ….and some baby salad potatoes , just boiled.

So , we went out tor the day ….more about that later, but it did mean that we didn’t go to my Moms for a Sunday dinner.

The Mister had got some really nice golden yolk eggs and I just fancied egg and cress ….
I was out in town today so I popped into the supermarket and got a punnet of cress and some white rolls.

I’ve just had one if the simplest lunches …..and it was sooooo tasty.
Two hard boiled eggs, chopped, salt and pepper added, and add chopped cress. Finish by adding mayo…..give it a good mix ….perfect sandwich filling.
