Will they continue the 3rd season of how i met your mother?

I have heard that the strike has stopped. Now will they continue the 3rd season or will they start a new season. I wish they would complete the regular 22 episodes in the 3rd season.

I've heared that they released the first 17 minutes of the 3rd season

My friend told me that they released 17 minutes of the 3rd season and I thought it was like that time when some people hacked into a fox computer and released the episodes before the time they were supposed to be released, or...

The third season, is it over yet? i haven't watch it for so long. i have the dvd of 1st and 2nd season, but not the third. i don't know if it's out already. will somebody kind enough to update me on the current season? harhar.....
