English speakers are mis-pronouncing so many names in the Bible??

There is no ( J ) in Hebrew nor is there a J sound in Hebrew, so why the Jews call themselves Jews while there is no (J) in Hebrew?? In Islam the Holy Quran call them Yahoud not Jews and Dawoud not David and Eisa...
