Is George Bailey a good captain ?

Aussie skipper for the T20 format is George Bailey.. But I'm not sure whether he has played his 20th game yet... Why ACB took such a decission ? Aren't there any better options ?

Before India's tour to Australia, lot of pressure was put on Australian selectors to drop aged players like Ponting and Hussey like M Katich. I am happy that Hussey and Ponting silenced their critics with their great knocks in MCG...
