ACL reconstrution surgery

Ah yes i have to get it on sept 30th. Im a little nervous, but i know its really gonna help me in the long run Has anyone else had this surgery? If so how did it go and was the recovery okay. Thanks so much!

Knee problems

Ugh my knee is really messed up. I have a torn ACL and it popped out of place and i dont think it is back in yet. i can hardly put any pressure on it. I'm hoping going to the doctor tomorrow will make it all better. It hurts so...

I was playing basketball 2 weekends ago when I went in for a lay-up. I got challenged and had to change my shot. I landed awkwardly and sorta twisted my knee. I felt it give in as I fell to the floor. I've gotten injured so many...
