Hello everybody, We are in the so called busy age, there are lots of things we need to do we are mothers/fathers and at the same time friend and co worker. I heard in some country they need to have doubled or even tripled job....

Yes...I think that almost everyone agrees that going to gym is a pain in the b*tt? =p~~ For some of us, it becomes easier (note: not easy, but easier!!) when going to gym or exercising has become a habit..it becomes even better...
