Not able to Claim Blog

Whenever I am trying to claim my blog, after click "claim now" nothing happens. Is anyone else facing this ? How to get rid of this issue ?

I just started my blog and I observed that some members here have blogs and displayed in their profile. i also want to add my site But I don't know how... Can you help me? How will I display my site?

Okay I am totally confused about this.....I want to add my blog but I am stuck at the URL/feed thing....this is to link it to mylot right? if so, normally if I wanted to link I would just add the url but I'm not exactly sure what...
