how will I know that I was banned from google adsense?

on the first day that my site was approved in adsense it got 3 clicks already but since then eventhough my site has many page impressions it did not get even a single click. is my site banned or disabled already in adsense?

I had one blog,and i have signed up for adsense on 16 th september... which means one week before,but still my adsense account for my blog in unchecked state..why it is still in unchecked status... i feel it is taking more...
