It can be physically, mentally, emotionally - whatever! Physically, there are days where I swear I'm 92. Others (if I've eaten right and stretched) I could be 15 and run a marathon. Mentally, I think I'm a bit above my age...

Many time I have heard people crticizing others for not "acting their age" ,but what exactly is acting your age.I suppose to give support to this argument you first need to define what are age specific tasks.This is no easy task...
