Nasty People You Cannot Avoid!

My new job has been extremely stressful, difficult customers, lots of politics, a boss that is not pleased by my performance, despite my best efforts to make things work. How should I deal with my Depression/ stress/ anxiety?

what are things you worry about? do you worry at all?

I think I worry alot over one thing or another..I think because I want to make sure things are done right and worry that I havent done them right..LOL ..I worry too much about the opinion of others too.. What about you?
