Who gets the arm of the chair at the movies?

Do you take the arm rest of the chair or do you normally find that you get pushed aside? Is there a legal solution to this problem? What do you do at the movies?

Yes mine has an armrest.It's a bit high for me but it's better than without it. How's about your chair?
