i need a very protein rich diet for my kid, also he needs to put on about 5 kg till the next month end.the diet however should be very high in proteins. Alo i need the same food for my daughter, but she needs to reduce about 5 kg...

Do you like to bike?? How many kilometers is your limit?? Here in Italy a lot of people have the passion for biking. Is it the same in your country??
