I am trying to change my avatar. it says that it has been uploaded successfully but still the picture is not visible. can you please tell me how can make my avatar visible? Mylot is not doing fair with me.

Just wondering why my avatar doesn't show up?!im new here and i dont know what the right thing to do..i've noticed too that other user's avatar has gone!Is this problem normal here in mylot?Someone there can tell me about this...
